A fast growing company based in London, who specialise in delivering exceptional service and keeping customers happy. They are expanding their award winning customer service team! They are looking for an outgoing, friendly German speaker to be part of their friendly team.

As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering emails and telephone calls across DACH market. You will be providing first-class advice about the products and maintain great relationship with the customers. Is it essential for you to be a customer focussed orientated individual with a background in customer service and have superb problem solving skills.

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service, Customer Representative or Customer Support
Experience in telephone and email communication
Possess a professional, helpful and friendly telephone manner
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
Strong communication skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
