Led by the Operational Shift Manager, you will lead, coach and develop a inbound/returns team - setting direction, being accountable for the achievement of business goals whilst always delivering a Great Customer Experience and creating a Great Place to Work.
Day in the life of our Distribution Team Leader:
Developing, motivating, recruiting and coaching Team Members identifying and encouraging individual development to meet QVC expectations,
Ensuring that all team members have a clear understanding of what is expected of them, the processes and procedures involved, and how their role fits into the team’s objectives and QVC’s business goals, vision and values to allow them to deliver an effective customer service.
Driving accountability of quality across all teams to achieve QVC’s quality standards.
Proactively collaborating with others to share best practice within the Distribution Centre.
Effectively communicating to all team members business related information necessary to enable them to fulfil their duties and responsibilities.
Take ownership of all areas of individual performance utilizing company policy as appropriate, ie performance management, sickness absence management etc to help individuals achieve Distribution KPI’s.
To ensure effective short term (planning of all available data and resources (labour and equipment), to meet departmental KPI’s including budgeted productive rates. Review departmental data to provide feedback on identified trends.
Ensure that all team members understand, accept and adhere to their individual responsibilities including undertaking all mandatory training in relation to the company's health and safety policy.

In this Team Leader role you will need to be passionate about developing yourself and others - a real advocate of excellent customer experience. You will be a brilliant coach with strong communication skills. You will also have experience of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word & PowerPoint
Proven Leadership or Managerial experience required in a similar role.
Shift: hours Monday - Friday 15:00 - 23:00. Salary £22-24,500 plus shift allowance.
