We are working hand in hand with a fantastic client who requires an Expereinced Branch Manager. The client is a Parts supply chain organisation, where there are real opportunities for the right person to influence the future success of the depot.
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee all functions of our Linwood facility. You should have an excellent combination of analytical and communication skills. Your role will be managing and overseeing branch personnel, branch operations and ensuring efficiencies are optimised daily. Whilst improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximise results and achieve the highest performance levels. You must be able to build and develop excellent long-term Customer relationships. You will value teamwork, transparency and accountability and have a friendly outgoing personality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Increase the overall productivity of the branch by utilising the efficiency and effectiveness of all staff, managing the expense line effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
Maintain and develop excellent relationships with current customers and grow relationships with potential new customers, ensuring a first-class service at all times.
To lead by example and to develop a strong relationship with all members of staff within the branch and the wider group in the company.
Ensure full understanding and the implementation of operational finance activities.
Developing and implementing yearly sales and expenses plans.
Ensure sales and expense forecast is submitted and presented every month to the Management team.
Compiling quotations and tendering to win new business and maximise profitability.
To liaise and work with the external sales team on developing and monitoring the development of current and potential customers.
Ensuring compliance to annual Cycle Count activity.
Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To maintain and manage the highest level of Health and Safety measures.
Experience of delivering branch and staff efficiencies.
Ability to manage expectations and exceed goals set out for the branch and staff.
Outstanding organisation skills and ability to interact with a broader team.
