It’s exciting times here at Hermes as we expand our marketing team. We are building a team of innovative and creative people who can help drive and transform our marketing function.
To be based out of our shiny new hub in the centre of Leeds, we are on the lookout for Graphic Designers to Videographers to join us and be a part of our internal creative studio.

Heading up the team will be our new Studio co-ordinator, in this role you will ensure the smooth running of our newly formed team. This includes assisting the marketing team by managing the work flow of various briefs across copy, design and video to ensure all projects are prioritised and delivered with quality in a timely manner.

You will manage the day to day workflow across the team, evaluate and clarify work requests from the wider marketing team as well as review work against our brand and tone of voice.
You will be required to have on-going communication with key stakeholders on status of work and expected timelines, so you must be comfortable with dealing with people of all levels and keeping them up to date with projects.

We are looking for someone who has had previous experience as a studio manager or similar co-ordinator role, preferably within a commercial environment. Either agency or in-house experience is great, and if you are educated to degree level then even better.

It goes without saying we want someone who is creative, innovative and can think on their feet, with a real passion or marketing.

As you will be heading up a newly formed team you must be comfortable with building relationships, a strong communicator and must be able to organise the team.

Preferably you will have people management skills, and copywriting/graphic design experience is highly advantageous.
