Fraud Prevention Team LeaderPermanent£32,000 plus benefitsMilton Keynes An exciting opportunity has emerged to join a newly formed team as a Fraud Prevention Team Leader. As the leader of the Fraud Prevention team you will play an important and proactive role in ensuring cyber and data security remains on the agenda throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Identifying, diagnosing and responding to suspicious activity identified through the website or reported by customers and consumersUtilising SQL to build and develop team reporting and awareness of security and fraud incidents.Involved in on-call work during some evenings and weekends to protect our customers and consumers 'out of hours'.Building and driving a team strategy, ensuring this contributes towards the aims for both the department and Rightmove as a whole.Proactively building a threat assessment focused on fraudulent activity and security vulnerabilities.Championing the importance of information security internally and externally, by providing education and training on the prevention of fraudulent activity.Working closely with our development teams in London to provide insight towards improved data security solutions across the website.Developing a process manual for data security, as well as maintaining relevant internal and external fraud responses.Actively developing your team's technical skills to support an evolving strategy focused on proactive security.Holding regular one-to-ones and using them to actively support and develop our people. We are looking for someone with: Is proactive by nature, who doesn't want to just deal with the problem in front of them but get to the root cause and prevent it from happening again, prioritising effectively where necessary.Is calm and collected under pressure and who can inspire their people to be the same.Takes an inquisitive and analytical approach to issues, using statistics to back up solutions to a problem.Is passionate about leading their people, constantly inspiring them to succeed.Likes to learn more and dig deeper, who will go out of their way to stay ahead of the latest security concerns.Thinks outside the box and is able to apply creative solutions to problems they face.Communicates fantastically in voice and who writes English to an excellent standard - it is imperative that our messages are delivered clear and concisely.Comes with passion and drive installed; we can teach the subject, we want you to come with your own flair and drive towards our goals and objectives.Is proficient in all things Microsoft office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
