We are looking for developer and potential new leaders for when the team grows. Delivery leadership whether thats kanban/agile scrum... or just good pragmatic delivery management experience and a flexibility of thought to go beyond just strictly applying.
The company has built an onsite kitchen where they have hired 3 Michelin star chefs who prepare lunch for everyone in the company every day. They have an onsite masseuse. Most importantly above all else we need people with Angular and/or PHP development experience with authority talking about good architecture.
To stand out we would looks for someone with credible experience of driving a really positive step change that dramatically increased team output and quality.
Transitioning from PHP Rest API to a world of microservices potentially using Typescript/Node maybe GraphQL would be interesting to see.
Experience of designing highly scaled operational business processes.
