    Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
    Salary: £8.21ph

    Duration: Long Term Temporary (37.5hrs per week) minimum of 6 to 9 month assignment
    Start date: Immediately
    Hours: 1pm till 9pm Monday to Friday, one Saturday in three 8am till 4pm (Week day off following week)

  • We are currently looking to recruit excellent Contact Centre Agents/Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our wellestablished, global client, at their vibrant and welcoming Contact Centre based in Corby, Northamptonshire. The main purpose of the role is to field an array of varied incoming call types including questions, queries and complaints from Brand Representatives, in relation to Company & Courier services and products. Handling each call on an individual basis, in a friendly, professional and time effective manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Our client is committed to help and develop the successful Contact Centre Agents/Inbound Customer Service Advisors, by providing a structured and rigorous threeweek grouptraining program from day one. An experienced in house Company Trainer delivers this program. Training will encompasses all components required to ensure that you have all the tools needed to succeed at your job role, including educating you on the companies history and ethos, in house systems/IT training, full understanding of your departments services, and most importantly how to meet customers expectations. Further on job training and support will be provided, via Team Leaders who are always on hand to help when needed.

  • The successful Contact Centre Agents/Inbound Customer Service Advisors will ideally have previous Call Centre/Contact Centre experience, but we are also keen to hear from candidates who have gained strong Customer Service skills in alternative environments who have the ability to transfer their skill set into a busy Contact Centre. This is also a great opportunity for graduates (or equivalent) who are looking to gain exposure within a market leading global organisation, before progressing with their career. As an individual it is essential that you are able to demonstrate the ability to provide Customer Service with a human touch, work well as a key component within a dedicated committed team, as well as being able to take autonomy of the task in hand.
