Experienced Quality Managers, I have a role in the heart of Suffolk that requires an enthusiastic professional to join a busy Quality Department. Your responsibility will be to drive the department forward and lead a team to be the best they can be.
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for all the on goings in the department, ensuring all HACCP plans, Quality Manuals and training procedures are up to date. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will lead the Quality Department, ensuring all protocols are followed with regards to food safety and legal standards.
A strong understanding of BRC standards and previous experience in Quality Management is essential. You will need to train staff on a regular basis, ensuring they are all up to speed with the sites procedures.
Whats in it for you, I hear you ask? Your own progression plan for a start. Its often seen as youve made it when you reach the manager level.
