Hales Group Ltd are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator/Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our busy Residential Care office in Newmarket. You will provide administrative support to the team, which includes preparing the weekly payroll for temporary workers, answering incoming calls, recruitment, assisting with registering and referencing job applicants, meeting and greeting candidates to the office and ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

As a Recruitment Administrator / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will liaise with candidates regarding availability to work and will contribute to the maximum exposure of vacancies via online job sites, Hales Group website, newspaper adverts, window displays and local Job Centre.

The successful candidate will be a tenacious and personable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook essential). This client facing role requires the ability to demonstrate confident verbal communication skills with a broad spectrum of people as well as an aptitude for customer service. A strong academic record is desirable, with a minimum grade C achieved for GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
