Are you a fluent Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor? Do you have experience providing high levels of customer service in either a retail or contact centre role? Are you motivated to working toward targets?

If youre looking to put your Spanish Speaking language skills into practice, we want to hear from you!

Our global client, with offices in Cardiff are looking to fill a new post within their international contact centre, which will see you supporting international customers, providing a helpdesk support function to customer queries and upselling where there are opportunities.

Job title: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Temporary ongoing, long term

Location: North Cardiff (free onsite parking)

Pay rate: £9.50 per hour (with occasional overtime, increasing after 12 weeks)

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Start: ASAP

Requirements

To be successful in gaining an interview for this Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor**role, your CV must demonstrate experience in at least one of the following areas:**

  • Customer Service (retail, hospitality, sales or contact centre)
  • Fluent Spanish as a minimum (Native / Mother Tongue)
  • Please note, you must also be fluent in English for your application to be successful.
    • Responsibility for inbound calls Spanish language countries
    • Additional inbound support in English language for UK
    • Using upselling and sales through service to maximise opportunity values

In addition, you should possess the following key skills:

  • Teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills verbal, listening and written
  • Trouble shooting skills
