The role of the Call Centre Advisor:
Handling inbound calls and processing customer enquiries.
Building relationships with new and existing customers
Providing an excellent customer service
Case creation for customer complaints
Achieve and maintain all performance, productivity and quality targets set

Skills you will need as a Call Centre Advisor:
- 12months experience working in a customer service environment (preferably in a call centre environment)
- Excellent communication
- Rapport building skills
