If you are an experiences PE Teacher or an NQT and looking for an exciting new teaching opportunity this is the perfect opportunity for you. Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an outstanding secondary school in Warrington, who are looking to appoint a PE Teacher. They are seeking a PE Teacher who will be able to teach students in KS3-4, practical and theory up to GCSE level.
Due to an absence within the physical education department at this high achieving 11-16 mixed outstanding secondary school, a rare opportunity has emerged for a qualified physical education teacher to join this department in January to cover a maternity leave.
The ideal PE Teacher will have:
• QTS/NQT status and PGCE/equivalent specialising within secondary physical education
• Experience teaching PE to a range of pupil abilities across KS3 and 4
• Be able to commit to a full time teaching position in January
• A child workforce only DBS on the update service
• Your own form of transport
The school is a larger than average with around 1000 pupils on roll and ha recently been graded an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated school. The school is located in Warrington and is a short drive from the M56. There is on site parking free on charge for all members and staff and the school is a short walk from a bus stop, making it easy to access the school on public transport.
