As an experienced Nurse from the NHS or private care, you'll join the team at Spring Wood Lodge as a Mental Health Nurse working hours per week (12 hour shifts) and change lives for the better.

What you will be doing
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse you will ensure people with mental health conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

The service operates 24/7. You will work shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays. Standard shifts are 12 hours, working 3 nights one week, 4 nights the next, but there is a requirement to be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
Where you will be working
Location: Springwood Lodge, Guiseley, LS20 9PQ
Situated in the small town of Guiseley on the outskirts of Leeds the service is surrounded by beautiful countryside with easy access to all local amenities.
Spring Wood Lodge supports women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours. Typically they have a diagnosis of personality disorder or a severe mental illness. They may not have had their needs met in a general psychiatric service including acute inpatient units, community mental health teams or community personality disorder service. The service focuses on active rehabilitation with a view to achieving a sustainable discharge.
Spring Wood Lodge provides:
9 bedded Inpatient rehabilitation (Bronte Ward)
12 bedded high dependency inpatient rehabilitation (Byron Ward)
