Head Chef Didcot Oxfordshire upto 30K Plus Tips & Bonus

  • Head Chef required to run a small hotel and brasserie in the Didcot area, must have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients

  • This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Head Chef to take over a business that has lost it’s direction. The General Manager is looking for somebody with fresh ideas which include regularly changing menus and daily / weekly changing specials

  • The restaurant is nicely decorated and just needs the right chef cooking the right food to build up a loyal customer base. This would suit a current Head Chef or maybe a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge

  • As Head Chef you will need to be very hands on, have good organisational and communication skills, be a good motivator of staff, have good knowledge of how to achieve a good GP and be aware of all health and hygiene legislation.

    Base salary of £30,000 (depending upon experience)
