Team Leader - Travel Call Centre

  • Are you an inspiring leader who loves to help your team reach their potential? If you have experience of working as a team leader in a call centre environment we would love to hear from you.

  • Team Leader - What will I be doing ?

  • Working for a reputable, extremely well established tour operator you will be leading a team of around 8 - 10 travel consultants to ensure that they reach their targets and exceed customer expectations. You will spend most of your time in a hands off capacity coaching and mentoring but it is essential that you don't mind jumping in on the lines when times are busy Your team will be selling ski and summer holidays.

  • Team Leader - What experience do I need ?

  • It is essential that you have worked in a similar role where you have led at least 5 consultants in a sales team within a call centre environment to reach targets. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to bring out the best performance in your team Ideally you will have worked in the travel industry previously and if you ski then even better!

  • Team Leader - Additional Info
    You will be working a variety of hours between 08.30 and 8pm Monday to Friday and also work weekends on a rota basis. There is an awful to this business - they really look after their people - whether it is harnessing a great team spirit with lots of social events or encouraging people to join the company football or netball teams there is always something going on.
