Customer Service Adviser Watford Up to 20K
Are you a highlymotivated customer service professional with some administration experience? If so, this is a brilliant opportunity to learn, grow and progress as one of our Customer Service Advisers.
What will I be doing?
You will be taking customer support queries predominately over the phone and some via email, you will have a good telephone manner to troubleshoot and resolve these queries in a timely manner. The main duties will be answering the phone and supporting the account management team on daytoday tasks. The requests will vary, and no two days will be the same.

To join us as our Customer Service Adviser, you will need:
- Customer service experience (office based) or Office Administration
- Inbound and outbound call experience (nonsales!)
- IT skills, including MS Office
- A confident communication style
- A positive and proactive approach
