Further Details: We are looking for highly motivated experienced registered nurse RGN, RMN or RNLD to work within a supportive and friendly Nursing Home located in Ashington, Northumberland as a clinical Night nurse manager. The Nursing Home has a very positive and supportive work environment with a brilliant long-standing team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high. They are very big on staff development and training. They also have a buddy system where you will have an experienced mentor for support if you would like it when you join the team.

Nursing Home Details: Located in a quiet residential area of Newton Aycliffe, in County Durham, the home is a friendly, purpose-built care home providing nursing and residential care. The extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that loved ones require. Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual's likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and any suggestions from family members that might make the resident's stay with the home that little bit more enjoyable.
