£40000 - £45000 per annum
Due to maternity leave a great opportunity has arisen with a Facilities Management business in Essex. You will play a prominent role to ensure the effective and proficient financial management of this £100 million contract whilst working closely with senior management.
A vital part of the role will be creating the Management Pack, P&L reporting and Balance sheet. You will need to be able to acclimatise to change and challenge the senior management whilst adding value to the business.
Further Key Skills:
• Preparation of the yearly budget, periodical reviews and forecasting
• Develop cost coding, client billing
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and modelling
• Review and monitor costs relating to overheads
You will be confident and proactive in communicating your findings to non-financial management. You will be technically strong and have great attention to detail. It is essential that you have strong system skills and particularly advanced Excel with the ability to work with large volumes of data. Candidates will ideally be studying ACCA/CIMA or qualified.
