We are looking for a free thinking, innovative and original grower, who is willing to take horticulture to a radical but earthy new level.
Working from the absolute beginning to create and transform the grounds at one of our very well established hotel businesses and turning it in to a beautiful, natural environment. Involving our Head of Wellness, Chef and Kitchen Brigade as well as the wider team, to enable all who visit to access our products and make the estate into an immersive experience.
In the future, the client aims to grow the majority of the produce that is required to deliver and sustain our experiences here in our grounds, with our visitors having the opportunity to interactively engage with that produce at every stage of its and their journey, incorporating a "land to life" methodology to our estate.
This is truly a unique opportunity and the person we are looking for will be driven to express themselves and their ideas through creativity within our 54 acres of historical grounds, bringing traditional techniques together with their own modern twists.
