IT Helpdesk Support - MSP experience - Desktop - Office 365 - 1st/2nd Line - London/CityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. They are looking for a motivated individual with MSP experience to join a Global IT Support helpdesk in London. The role requires a reliable, confident and pro-active person who will get involved in projects as well. Skills and experience required:Experience working for an MSP essentialPrevious experience of working within a Desktop Support roleGood working knowledge of the deployment of Microsoft Office ProductsPrevious experience of using / supporting users in an Office 365 environment.Basic networking knowledge including understanding IP addressing, DNS, WIFI and Ethernet connections for troubleshooting client PC connectivityA confident communicatorAbility to work under pressureExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of PC hardware and SoftwareMS Windows (for server OS and PC OS) skills to troubleshoot hardware/software problems in Windows OSSolid experience in customer technical supportIf this is of interest and you have the required skills, please submit your CV over for immediate consideration.
