Im recruiting for a global brand based in Bourne End. My client are an employer of choice and are looking for a PartTime Customer Service Adviser to join them on a permanent basis. If youre looking for a flexible and fun opportunity then please apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of all feedback channels, responding in a timely manner and to brand guidelines meeting set SLA
  • Highlight partner issues following complaints or feedback
  • Highlight patterns with internal process complaints
  • Log all feedback on feedbag log, highlighting any concerns
  • Ensure all partner meetings attended are recorded and logged on the admin site, with a full report to support the outcome.
  • Ensure that any unresolvable supplier issues are appropriately escalated
  • Liaise with relevant business areas to gather responses and data for serious customer complaints
  • Be a brand ambassador and role model for our values and behaviours every day
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers

Experience Required

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service background
  • Proven experience with handling customer complaints by phone and email
  • Knowledge and understanding of products within the gift experience industry preferred but not essential
  • Excellent standards of written and verbal communication
  • Experience of working with customer service databases or booking systems
