£13,837 salary -  Working 30 hours a week, on a rota of 5 out of 7 days, for 6 hours per day,  to inlude roughly 1/4 Sundays (when working a Sunday, you will get a day off in the week. .

The role of a Customer care Advisor

  • To be the first point of contact to all of our customers with every query and question that they have
  • To ensure every customer goes away feeling as though they have received the information they set out to get
  • To ensure every customer understands that Brakes has the answer to all of their food and drink enquiries
  • To effectively communicate with all customers, ensuring that they are receiving the best service possible.

You’ll have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong level of written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment

Customer Care Advisor – Assessment Day.

This will be held for a full day (lunch provided) on 29th & 30th July – you will need to be able to attend on one of these days if you are called forward for an interview.
