Job Description
A Sales Support person is required for a pro-active, busy and well established company to provide sales support to the Sales team. Good computer skills & telephone manner is essential. The successful candidate must have experience in quotes/telesales/administration.
· Chasing quotes via telephone and email communication.
· Maintaining and updating the customer database.
· Compile quotations based on the company price calculator.
· Chasing quotes to scheduled deadlines and chase procedures.
· Building an excellent customer rapport.
· Chasing and preparing quotation information ready for pre-quotation contract review.
· Dealing with incoming calls. Responding to client emails.
· All general administration duties.
· Undertake other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
· Hitting weekly KPI targets
· Adhoc duties set by Contracts Managers and Line Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
· Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
· Highly organised and self-motivated.
· Able to use own initiative and work without supervision.
· Strong IT / Admin skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
· Ability to pick up new processes quickly and effectively.
· Positive "can do' attitude.
· Ability to effectively communicate.
· Strong administrations skills, including excellent organisational skills, utilizing time effectively and computer literate.
· Previous experience in sales administration and quotations.
· Strong communication and numerical skills.
· Excellent phone manner.
Please be aware the base salary is £20,000 per anum plus £1000 bonus per year
