A new client of mine is growing there Salesforce team rapidly at the minute and are now looking for a Salesfoce Administrator. The client is based in Surrey and offer a great package, and career progression.

Below is the Job description:

As a Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for the daytoday running of the platform, contributing to the longterm success of this crucial phase of our digital transformation project, as we are maximizing efficiency and capitalising on the full features and benefits of the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to end users, monitor and troubleshoot system integrations

Work alongside QAs and product teams in an Agile approach to proactively improve Salesforce usability

Create and enable best practises and governance measures to support the solution

Provide analyses of new applications and continually seek ways to further enhance the enduser experience

Gather requirements from end users, identify business problems and recommend solutions

Provide support functions and respond to ad hoc requests as needed

Create and maintain fields, page layouts, validation rules, triggers and workflows

Produce accurate and insightful reports and dashboard information as requested by stakeholders and senior management

Grant/remove and maintain user licenses

Design, create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies

Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels

Reassign Accounts, Contacts, Cases and Opportunities etc. in response to personnel changes

Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed

Manage system changes without interruption and communicate changes to the users in advance so they are aware of the new features

User assistance, adoption and satisfaction including training support and delivery to existing and new users on an ongoing basis

Be part of the company subject matter experts on Salesforce.com

Must be able to be onsite daily.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Lead the configuration and management of full life cycle changes including coding, complex configuration and CRM integration

Maintain, enhance and create workflows, process builders and custom objects within the Salesforce.com environment

Certified Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator (ADM201 & ADM211)

3+ years in a Salesforce Administrator role

Experience of working across various technical/ IT teams to design and develop solutions for business implementation

Experience participating in Agile Development Life Cycle
