Contract (Full time)

We are currently working with a main contractor who has instructed us to find them a hardworking, reliable Administrator to work on a Social Housing contract which will be based with in an office capacity.

The client is looking for someone to come from either a Social Housing background or a Construction background.

The role will be based in Stoke Newington.

The initial role will be for 2 months, however there is a chance the role could be extended. If performance and targets are met you will have the opportunity to become one of the managers PA.

Social housing / maintenance background minimum of 2 years
Experience using Excel and Microsoft word.
Polite telephone manner
Intermediate to advanced knowledge using Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience working in an office based environment
Confident using spreadsheets
Confident using excel

Day to day duties
Updating trackers
Maintaining computer and manual filing system
Sending out letters
Booking daily reports
Dealing with residents both via email and phone
Liaising with both subcontractors and clients
Receiving, sorting and distributing the post
Answering telephone calls and passing them on
