Job Description
Our Client based in Dummer Hampshire who are a rapidly growing multi award winning business provide voice, data, mobile and cloud based solutions to business across the UK are looking for a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator on a permanent full-time basis to support the Installation process deployment on a day to day basis.
You will be situated within the Basingstoke Office where the main focus is playing an important part in the installation process deployment, in terms of Projects and Post Sales, whilst managing the billing that is involved on both a monthly and annual basis

Salary & Benefits
* £22k per annum
* Full time - Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:30
* Friday 08:30 - 13:00
* Free parking, Pension.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Day to day involvement in the ongoing progression of all main hardware installations
* Assisting with Telephone system order proposals for the SCL Group Sales teams
* Designing project and communication plans for the desired products and services
* Mange the porting of numbers in line with defined process, to ensure no delays to the project
* To ensure we are regularly communicating with clients while exceeding their expectations
* Raising Purchase Orders and ordering equipment to be sent to customers
* Communicate professionally with networks and suppliers when provisioning orders
* Adding all aspects of the project billing to CRM
* Fixed Rejects & Billing Queries
* Cease and re-provides
* Organising Engineers for site visits
* Day to day management of your only orders and workload

* Confident personality, prepared to be innovative and lead changes to processes, seeking continual efficiencies
* Professional and can do attitude
* Good time management and strong organisation skills
* Being able to remain resilient in challenging situations and will be able to articulate how you can work effectively under pressure
* Completer finisher, able to take a task and follow it to the end without close supervision
* Team player
* Good analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good Customer Service
