Job Role: Account Manager

Location: Whiteley, Hampshire

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per year dependent on experience + Benefits (listed below)

About Us

We are an established telecommunications business based in Whitely, Hampshire. We have just raised £250 million to build our own fibre broadband network in the south of England.

We're set to significantly increase our Openreach and CityFibre home broadband offerings for customers across the UK, as well beginning a new landmark network build of our own.

With plans to connect over 300,000 homes across the UK, including rural communities, the accelerated plans will mean more people than ever will have access to high speed, reliable and cost-efficient full fibre broadband.

The Job role

This is an exciting Account Manager position. Selling our connectivity, hosted telephony, maintenance, mobile and networking solutions to the existing client base. The role is to maintain regular contact with existing customers, ensure renewal dates are identified and follow up calls set. Build rapport with customers, understand their future plans and requirements.

Candidate experience

The role is office based in Whiteley with flexible home working, currently due to COVID-19, but planned to continue for the foreseeable future. You need:

  • Success as an account manager with a proven track record.
  • A good knowledge of: leased lines, hosted telephony, mobile and networking solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • A self-starter, happy to take on a variety of tasks, adapting to changing business needs.
  • Ambitious and success orientated with a never-say-die attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
