We are currently assisting a locally based Recruitment Consultancy based in Sutton Coldfield for an Internal Recruiter on a part-time basis. The position is paying between £25,000 - £30,000 pro-rata. The hours are flexible and can be discussed along with your application.

About you and the role of Internal Recruiter:

We are looking for a part time person to join our investment recruitment group to help grow and support the business as we look to scale our offering. We need your support to help us find new recruitment consultants and business partners who want to join our group. These people will be in recruitment already and are likely to be a recruitment/ senior consultant or a middle manager, therefore it is your task to find these people and build relationships with them.

We are totally open on hours and days and want to help you as much as we can. In your nature you will be very entrepreneurial and competitive with a drive and ambition which gets you what you want. Plus, you will also have an amazing way of seeing problems and instinctively know what action to take to solve them and deliver workable solutions. You will also be brilliant at time management and can get most things done in less time than it takes everyone else, as you will be skilled and proficient at pushing and driving a process to get the ideal outcome. You will be creative, open to new ideas and strategies whilst having the ability to think for yourself and plan the best use of your time.

The role of Internal Recruiter:

To find the people that have the same values as we do.
Be able to network and promote the brand of Upreach Partnerships.
Come up with marketing ideas to post on social media to promote your objective.
You will be doing a lot of email and social media marketing.
Good understanding of Linkedin is a must.
Assist with internal recruitment for the group

Must have skills for an Internal Recruiter

Have excellent written and verbal communication
A background in recruitment is a must.
Commercially and business astute
You will be excellent at networking
You’ll have outstanding listening skills and understand it’s all in the detail
Be competent with social media platforms
Be able to work under your own initiative and set your weekly goals
You’ll be smart with an excellent understanding of people and their behaviours
You’ll also have the ability to cut through the detail and get what you want from the situation
A desire to win and be able to thrive in a pressured environment

Your character of Internal Recruiter:

Notwithstanding this, as a person your character will be the most important thing. You will always consider doing what you see as the right thing and will not compromise on these important values. You will also know when to pick your battles and channel frustrations in the right places, as these frustrations are in every business, and we are no different. We also have a zero tolerance to drama, as life is difficult enough without unnecessary things making it more difficult. We know, as an employer, that things go wrong and we will support you where we can, as this is one of our key values. However, it is your responsibility to own this situation and deal with it in a professional manner.

You will be hard working and you must genuinely care about what you do.

What is on offer as an Internal Recruiter:
