To be a successful Care Assistant you will need to be a thoughtful and caring individual who is keen to learn & develop their skills since no experience is required. We offer in depth on the job training as well as the opportunity to undertake further development with a Skills for Care certification and a level 2 or 3 QCF in Health & Social Care.
