We are supporting a small family run business with their search for an Office Coordinator to join their friendly team. The position will be based in their open plan office based in Houghton Regis, Dunstable. This role is temp to perm and will become permanent for the right candidate.

This is a varied new role to the business where you will be supporting many different functions in the business ensuring all processes run smoothly.

They are wanting an enthusiastic person to join the team to take ownership of many tasks and come with fresh new ideas.

The Business Offer

Working hours - Mon - Fri (7:30am - 4pm)
Temp to perm opportunity
Salary of £23000-£24000 (when permanent)
Excellent office location with free parkingThe Role

Day to day support with office operations
Support the sales team with order processing and quotation tasks
Be the first point of call for customers/ greeting on-site and via phone
Support with CRM migration onto a different system
Take ownership of any IT related issues within the business
Manage relationship with external IT provider
Be the Health & Safety champion for the business
Manage subcontractors and ensure they are attending jobs on time
Keep on top of stock levels in the stock room
Order stationery and office supplies The Candidate

Experience working within a small business
Excellent communication skills
Problem solver
Very strong IT & CRM experience with great Microsoft skills especially in Excel
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Customer focused
A positive approach to all tasks
Enthusiastic with great energy
