National Sales Manager
£50,000 per annum Plus Benefits
National Sales Manager Oakham, Rutland (office/field based, with travel to sites throughout the UK at least one day a week)

Due to ongoing growth, our client is now looking for a National Sales Manager to join them in Oakham and develop their Sales Teams.
- Basic salary of £50,000 per annum
- Bonus (OTE £58,000)

As the National Sales Manager, you will coach and develop the Business Development (field sales) and Customer Experience (office-based) Sales Teams and enable them to maximise sales of safety equipment.
You’ll build and nurture productive teams, drive high levels of customer engagement and loyalty and report on the progress of long-term goals to the Board.
Specifically, you will:
- Effectively allocate tasks and motivate staff to perform at their best
- Set targets for your team
- Travel with the Field Sales Team to support them on customer visits
- Track Sales Team metrics
- Analyse data on past performance and project future performance
To be considered as the National Sales Manager, you will need:
- Previous sales management experience
- Experience of coaching and developing a sales team
- A strategic mindset
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- The enthusiasm and drive to complete tasks on time and to a high standard
