OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Provide advice and guidance to company employees, managers, visitors and contractors with regards to all relevant Health & Safety matters, either verbally or in written format.
Ordering of PPE, safety signage and other Health and Safety needs or equipment.
Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
Undertake administration support in all Health & Safety practices, ensuring these are done accurately and meeting timelines expected.
Assist in recruitment of staff including preparation of job descriptions, posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews with hiring managers, interviewing and preparing job offer letters and checking of references & eligibility to work in the UK.
Assisting in Induction of all new employees, to ensure that they have a good understanding on company policies, health & safety in their workplace and around site including fire procedures and first aid, clear expectations from themselves. Providing information including job description, contract, employee benefits.
To take minutes/notes in meetings as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We're looking for an articulate, experienced Office Administrator with a real drive to succeed. Other key attributes will include:

A good understanding of the principles of safeguarding, consent to share information and GDPR.
Able to communicate with all people and motivate interpersonally.
Able to research, understand, relay and implement regulatory information, verbally and written to internal and external sources.
Excellent ICT skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel) is essential.
Evidence of continuing professional development and experience in a regulated environment.
