Robert Half are seeking an immediately available Finance Administrator to join a busy, supportive team based in North Bristol. This role will be for 9 months.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable administrator to work for a successful global manufacturing company which is based in North Bristol. You will be offering support to the finance team as required.
Role: Finance Administrator
Location: North Bristol Aztec West
Duration: Temporary 9 months
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £10 £12 per hour (dependant on experience)
You will assume responsibility for:
- Resolution of supplier invoice processing queries
- Paying suppliers
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Dealing with working progress queries
- Ensure systems are updated sufficiently to ensure prompt payment of invoices
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout. You must be able to show initiative, have excellent IT skills, be process driven and a strong communicator. Finance or accounting experience is desirable.
