Business Support Coordinator
Kingston Noble are working in partnership with an Energy Consultancy based in Birmingham looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Coordinator. The consultancy offers business consumers impartial advice and help in ensuring they are on the most cost effective energy tariff and also provides a complete energy outsource to many of their clients.
You will be providing business support to the Query Management Team. The Query Management Team work on behalf of existing Clients validating invoices and resolving queries with suppliers. You’ll report to the Director of Operations and will work a hour week (9am - 5pm) Monday to Friday. However, sometimes be prepared to work those extra hours where needed.
The role will be varied to give you as much exposure to the industry and our company as possible.
You will receive full training for the component parts of the role, which are as follows.
Data gathering and analysis from Suppliers and Clients.
Raising queries on behalf of Clients with Suppliers.
Gathering and processing invoices from Suppliers and associated portals.
Analysing supplier information within given parameters.
Sending monthly reports to Clients.
Meticulously updating the CRM to keep a full account history.
The successful candidate must have a professional phone manner and be comfortable interacting over the telephone and email. Occasionally you will be expected to attend Client meetings and go on Supplier site visit days - this could be as part of a team or alone.
To provide support to the Query Management Team by gathering data from Supplier portals as well as phone and email and updating this into the CRM system.
To ensure Supplier invoices are uploaded to timely effect.
Maintain on going relationships with Suppliers, Clients and Team.
Raise queries on behalf of Clients with Suppliers and see through to conclusion.
Minimum 1 year of working within an energy Supplier or energy company.
Super organised! Process driven, organised and methodical in approach.
An eye for detail is an absolute requirement.
Proficient Excel user and an aptitude for numbers.
Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.
The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets.
A flexible approach and ability to adapt to a continually changing environment
A happy positive disposition and can-do attitude.
