Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week

About our Client

Our Client are a leading service provider specialising in venue & event management services. They work in partnership with leading sports and entertainment venues throughout the UK, providing a number of services including; internal and external traffic management, car parking services, security & stewarding and crowd management services.

Our Client is looking for a confident, personable Recruitment Advisor, preferably with experience in the service industry, to provide dedicated recruitment support to the Operations team across numerous CSP venues and events. This role will involve regular national travel and flexibility on working hours to suit the needs of the role, will be required.

About You (what the Client is looking for!)

Our Client knows that what makes this job challenging (but also fantastic!) is the pressure of dealing with a high level of applications and facilitation and successful management of large-scale recruitment events. However, you'll be a multi-tasking, flexible person who learns quickly and gets satisfaction from recruiting on a large scale, for our casual workforce. No specific qualifications are necessary for this role, the Client just needs you to be a confident, personable character, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels- previous experience within a service industry and/or recruitment experience is desirable. Those who are energetic, proactive and hardworking will be a perfect fit!
