We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with relevant experience to join this specialist psychiatric rehabilitation service in Malvern, West Midlands as Ward Manager. The service provides care to 25 adult males with a range of complex and enduring mental health needs including personality disorder and those with a history of offending. As Ward Manager (RMN) you will be providing clinical management to a team of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. You will ensure that the highest standards of care are maintained on the ward and act as a positive role model, providing support and advice. The hospital aims to support patients in the development of a range of skills using a positive attitude towards risk and an inclusive, person-centred approach. You will be supporting both detained and voluntary patients and working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team to make a real difference to the lives of others.
