Are you a focused service desk professional who is looking to push forward in their career and be a part of fault finding and maintaining the latest Cloud/Hosted/VoiP tech? We are looking for a natural problem solver, who enjoys fixing customer technical issues and delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for a support professional, ideally with telecoms or IT experience, who can join this existing team and work at first or second line level. You'll be supporting medium sized and enterprise customers and will join an expanding & technical savvy team based from our Chorley Headquarters. There's weekend shifts, but you have the chance to earn extra after completing your probation with some on call work which you do from home!

Activities:

  • Responsible for the customer experience of Elite clients through achieving the communications and resolution SLA's
  • Log and resolve customer faults on Elite's services, such as WLR, xDSL, MPLS, SIP, Non Geographic and International Numbers
  • Provide 1st point resolution to client requests wherever possible, escalating where appropriate
  • Working closely with 3rd party network providers to ensure faults are resolved in a timely fashion, reducing any impact on the customer's business
  • Communicating with clients to provide clear and concise updates on progress
  • Ensuring that any customer requests and faults are raised and update the CRM in a timely matter
  • Actively build positive relationships with customers, suppliers and colleague
  • Adhere to ad-hoc activities as determined by the Assurance Team Leader and Head of Operations
  • Provide out of hours support when required, to support to customers on all services provided by Elite
