As an Area Operations Manager covering Derbyshire,you will oversee both residential and supported living services which operate across the area to enable the people we support to live the lives they choose. Also, you would be the registered manager for Domiciliary Care This post will play a key role in further developing these services and working to expand the opportunities we are able to offer.

You willberequired to havepeople management experience and knowledge of a range of adult social care services. You will also be required to travel across the services within the area and on occasion you may be required to travel to wider Mencap events if required.
