Our client based in the West Lindsey area are recruiting for a qualified / finalist CIMA / ACCA / ACA Management Accountant, to work closely with the Financial Controller to provide financial insight into past performance as well as implications of business decisions and proposals. You will have full responsibility for producing timely and meaningful Management Accounts Pack for several companies within the growing group. You will be integral in integrating and developing a newly formed friendly finance department supporting the operational team, producing and presenting meaningful financial information with KPIS and variance analysis. You will be assisting the Financial Controller in developing processes and systems to improve efficiency and enhance the contribution of the Finance function to the Group's overall profitability and growth.
*Timely production of monthly management accounts in line with the group timetable
*Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
*Provide monthly KPIS and variance analysis.
*Full P & L and Balance Sheet ownership, responsibility and reconciliation.
*Maintain Fixed Asset, depreciation accounting and reconciliation.
*Cash flow forecasting and Capex monitoring.
*Responsible for ensuring accounting guidelines are applied.
*Maintain financial controls in line with group requirements.
*Assist the Financial Controller in creating a new Management reporting pack.
*Improvement to systems, processes and procedures
*Liaise with Auditors and provide year-end audit information.
*Manage, review and mentor 2 assistant / trainees.
*Adhere to the Site Health & Safety policy along with all other policies in all work activities
My client is looking for a Qualified or Finalist CIMA/ACCA/ACA Management Accountant. SAP experience would be beneficial but not essential.
The role will be based on-site full time.
25 days holiday plus stats.
