About the Role;

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our diverse and thriving team in London. As part of the role, you will provide administrative support to a team of Loss Adjusters, assisting with a variety of tasks in relation to claims such as raising invoices and collating MI reports for senior members of the team.

As an Admin Assistant, you will be required to complete the following tasks;

  • Receive new claims and input accurate data onto the systems
  • Production of MI for both internal and external purposes
  • Providing adhoc administrative duties to the team as required.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post processes
  • Ensuring your working towards SLA's and SLC's

What we are looking for in an Admin Assistant;

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Past administrative experience
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work within fast paced environment
  • Confident I.T skills
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Job Details

  • Full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Permanent position
  • £22,000 - £28,000 plus benefits, including annual bonus
  • Training provided
  • Located in London
