About the Opportunity
Our client in the North West are constantly evolving to meet their customers needs . As part of the development and expansion of their IT & Change department, we are now looking to help them hire a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the effective delivery of a broad range of change projects, acting as the conduit between the internal customer and IT, providing the required analysis and stakeholder management, adhering to the agreed methodologies and standards
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Business Analyst who has extensive working knowledge of within the retail, finance, or ecommerce industries working on complex change projects.
The organisation are driving significant change and transformation, so we need people who can deliver in a fastpaced environment, have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, challenge and work collaboratively with others to achieve productive solutions.
Key skills required (essential)
Minimum of 6 years experience of working within the retail, financial services sector
Extensive working knowledge and/or qualified in Business Analysis/6 sigma or equivalent change methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile/Waterfall etc)
Ability to deliver in a fastpaced environment and deliver simultaneous change/improvement projects and activities
Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at an appropriate level
Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach to problem solving
Ability to manage conflict and knows when to escalate
Able to bring a relevant and effective analytical toolset and experience to EGL
Ability to analyse requirements and processes and provide solutions, structure, gap analyses regarding project deliverables
Selfmotivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team when required
Experience of working with one or more change methodologies and practices (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
Extensive working knowledge of MS Office Suite Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Visio; MS Project; Outlook
