The Prudential Regulation team provides high quality, innovative advice and solutions to financial services firms who face regulatory and risk issues. We are looking for leading professionals, pre-eminent in their sector and areas of specialism, to join a dynamic and fast-growing team of prudential regulatory experts, providing regulatory advisory and assurance services to Banks and FCA Investment firms. We help clients achieve compliance with the full range of prudential regulatory requirements in a constantly evolving UK, EU and global regulatory environment.

As a Senior Manager will have responsibility for:
- Providing practical and technical advice on specific elements of the prudential regulatory framework applicable to Banks and FCA IFPRU and other regulated entities, including within the EU under the CRR/CRD IV Helping clients to anticipate and assess the impact of regulatory change Undertaking reviews of core regulatory capital/liquidity/leverage calculations, ICAAP/ILAA documentation and gap analysis of regulatory compliance. Assist firms in preparing for and/or follow up arising from PRA/FCA interactions, including SREP/L-SREP themed visits, and in preparing applications for PRA/FCA authorizations or variations in permissions Benchmark prudential regulatory frameworks compared with peer/industry practice Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution Work on a portfolio of client engagements simultaneously, managing internal and client senior stakeholders’ expectations

This role is London based with occasional domestic and international travel

Your professional experience
- Detailed technical knowledge, combined with practical experience in the Prudential Regulatory environment in the financial services industry. This may be from working in another Consulting firm, as a regulator for financial services firms or in the industry within a regulatory policy, finance, risk or regulatory reporting role Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Regulatory capital rules (credit, counterparty credit, market and operational risk), ICAAP, Leverage Ratio, Liquidity (including LCR, NSFR) ILAAP, regulatory reporting Proven track record in working effectively in a team and managing priorities/deliverables on a range of projects Knowledge of the latest regulatory developments in relation to Basel, CRR, UK PRA and FCA prudential policy and key current prudential issues facing regulated firms; An ability to deliver a high quality service and manage a diverse range of clients simultaneously Able to build and foster trusted and lasting client relationships Ability to deliver a high quality service within demanding timeframes and ability to prioritise multiple tasks; and Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and leading a team to success. Managing and reviewing work performed by team members.
