Client Support AdministratorPermanent£25,000Bedford In your role as Client Support Administrator, you will be the professional point of client contact for key clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships by building strong working relationships. You will need to administer multiple client related projects that may last over a long period of time. This busy and varied role would suit an organised individual keen to progress project management skills or has experience in this area. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: To be a central point of contact on all client related projects, ensuring both new and existing customer expectations are understood, managed and metTo engage directly with existing clients through regular interaction and promote products and services at every possible opportunityDeliver a first-class customer experience at all timesTo actively support your team in the development of communicationsTo administer contractual documents according to agreed processesTo ensure all sales orders are correctly administered in SAPTo actively support the delivery and execution of projects to ensure they are delivered to time, quality, budget and marginProvide management information and data analytics as requested by the wider team We are looking for someone with: At least 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office on a day-to-day basisMS Excel experience is essential; knowledge of pivot tables and MS Query will be a distinct advantageProven ability to plan, organise, manage and prioritise a range of tasks under pressureExcellent time management skills, with flexibility to meet time deadlines on a range of projectsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a personable telephone mannerAn eye for detail and a commitment to qualityThe ability to work well autonomously and with both individuals and teamsA customer centric approach, coupled with strong commercial acumenA willingness to develop project management skills If you feel you have what it takes, please apply today because we'd love to hear from you!
