- Assisting finance team with invoicing
- Assisting with creation of purchase orders
- Responsible for petty cash
- Answering phones and responding to queries where possible
- General administrative duties
The successful financial administrator will have had previous experience as an office administrator/personal assistant/receptionist with a fun and outgoing personality. They are looking for a bright individual who is able to work well within a team, take initiative and have strong organisational skills.
- Good telephone manner
- Problem solving ability
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fluent English with good comprehension and grammar
