Salary: Hourly rate of £9.28

Hours of Work: 20 hour working week, flexibility with the days & hours worked to suit the right candidate. (Mon to Fri - 09:00 - 13:30, suggested standard if no alternative requirements)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part Time Warehouse Administrator to join our operation based at our Norton Depot. Based on a 20 hour working week, we are offering flexibility with the days & hours worked to suit the right candidate.

Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company's H&S policy
  • Picking
  • POD's
  • Dealing with customer requests
  • Supporting current Administrator
  • Ensure all environmental control measures are in place and effective
  • -Ensure the application of the business 'key standards' are maintained
  • Upkeep and application of WMS and Manual Process systems
  • Accurate control and processing of Customer Orders
  • Effective documentation control of picking list, goods in and goods out receipts
  • Liaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnel
  • Accurate recording of daily information
  • Effectively update the outbound process and communicate anomalies and load confirmations
  • Assist in managing stock takes daily / weekly/ monthly reporting
  • Perpetual inventory reporting
  • General Warehouse duties when required

Warehouse Administrator Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an Administrative environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Develop a level of trust and support with all colleagues
  • A professional and business-like manner
  • HACCP awareness (Desirable)
  • BRC Awareness (Desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good 'people skills' for working with a range of colleagues and customers
  • To be proactive in approach to problem solving
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • Self-motivated
