Insure Broker Accounts Clerk London up to £35,000

A vacancy has arisen for an Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) Clerk within the London IBA Team.

The role is working within a small team, handling both Treaty and FAC accounts and cover for the bureau side when required.

The Role consists of
Monthly review of Aged Debt reports, chasing for due items and arranging settlement of held balances. Reconciliation of Client/Underwriter statements. Daily allocation of cash received. Preparation of Treaty Statements. Daily monitoring of cash, held balances and funding. Liaising with clients/underwriters & business units for timely resolution of queries. Preparing information for credit control meetings.

Cover for bureau section when required, which will include

  • Daily matching of signings. Daily reconciliation of settlement accounts. Daily releasing of delinked items.

The ideal applicant should have a good working knowledge of the Insurance Market and have experience in handling treaty and/or bureau, (Lloyds Lirma & ILU), accounts. Experience working with Brokasure Enterprise / Enterprise Risk would be an asset.
