1:1 Behaviour Support Workers needed Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Were currently supporting a Local Authority on a partnership agreement basis to recruit 1:1 Behaviour Support Workers to work across Huddersfield, Kirklees and West Yorkshire for various longterm roles.

Working with SEMH and BESD you will be responsible for supporting children in varying ages between 5 years 11 years. Supporting pupils with complex needs, you will be able to adapt and think on the spot to meet the needs of individuals, including those with SEND including Autism, ADHD and Mental Health.

To be considered you will:

• Be committed to supporting children and young people both academically and socially
• Have experience working with children and young people
• Ideally hold Level 3+ in a childcare related qualification (or equivalent)
• Be flexible, driven and able to work off your own initiative
