Job Purpose/ Duties

• To work with industry partners to establish contract with several companies to assemble Optare buses.
• To develop their capability and capacity to undertake the assembly.
• To supervise the assembly to assure quality.
• To drive continuous improvement.
• To approve and sign invoices

Key Skills and Minimum Qualification Requirements
Previous experience of medium scale bus manufacturing in UK essential at management level. Previous experience in setting up new assembly facility. Previous experience in quality and quality improvement. Previous experience in continuous improvement. Commercial and contract negotiation experience.

Remuneration
Salary will depend on skills and experience C£55,000-£62,000
