The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Finance and Operations Controller/Director on behalf of a multisite not for profit organisation within Milton Keynes.
As Finance and Operations Controller/Director you will be tasked with providing a strong financial, strategic and operational leadership service to the organisations stakeholders and trustees. Day to day duties will consist of:
Managing of all finance duties including statutory accounts, budgeting, planning, reporting, investment analysis and Capex management Advising the business leaders on issues such as organisational strategy, policies and strategic development Working with internal and external stakeholders to report to track spend against budget, report on investments and spend Management of external contracts and services Team management Bids and tenders
You will be a Qualified Accountant with previous all round core and commercial accounting skills with the ability to work closely with a number of stakeholders. The organisation has massive growth plans and this individual will be centre to those plans by highlighting opportunities and working to grow their own remit alongside the growth of the business.
