Position: Modern Apprentice, CM2000/Office Administrator. Salary: £5.50 per hour

Location: Head Office, Munro Business Park, Suite 1, 15 Munro place, Kilmarnock, KA1 2NP

Qualification: Working towards Digital Applications Support SVQ.

Hours: This position is full time, 36 & ¾ hours per week between 8.45am - 4.45pm Monday to Friday, with a 4pm finish on Friday's.

Contract: 12 Months Contract with a view to becoming permanent thereafter.

Constance Care part of the City and County Health Care Group are a community based, home care provider. Our clients are predominantly frail Elderly, people with Dementia and Adults with life limiting conditions, mental health conditions or physical/learning disabilities. We support them to live independently in their own homes assisting with daily living such as washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, medication support, domestic support and much more

CM2000 is an IT/tele-monitoring System which monitors Carer Workers locations and schedules, promoting safe staff allocation, high standards of compliance and effective Home Care Staff allocation/ time management throughout the East Ayrshire area.

The purpose of this role is to manage and reconcile all CM2000 data on a daily basis, using our in-house CM2000 & Carefree systems. Record, report and analyse data in line with policies and processes in place.

For this role you would be required to engage with field based Care Workers, Managers and Senior Managers to positively undertake and promote duties & compliance therefore an excellent telephone manner and strong organisation skills are essential for this role although full training and SVQ training is provided.

Although the main duties of this role will be focusing on CM2000, other office duties will be involved ranging from:

  • Answering/Transferring Calls
  • Processing Mail
  • Filling/Faxing and emailing
  • Typing up Clients Personal Care Plans
  • Minute taking

The successful candidate should have:

  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills- both written and verbal
  • Multi-tasking and numeracy skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines/effective time management skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative
  • Some experience in the a work place
  • National Level 5 grades, preferably in Maths and English (desirable)
  • Experience of CM2000 or similar systems (desirable).
